Shipping policy

At Meditate Moments, we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. We aim to make your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible while balancing our impact on the planet. To lessen our environmental impact, our items are made and printed on demand. This does increase the time to fulfill orders compared to some other businesses, but this results in significantly less waste. 

For deliveries to the US, your order should arrive 10-15 business days after your purchase (and sometimes sooner!). Your order may come in multiple packages, you will get a tracking number for each package!

We are pleased to offer shipping within the United States and international shipping for most products. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Please note that some countries may have restrictions on the types of products that can be shipped, and customers may be responsible for paying any customs, duties, and taxes incurred during international shipping.

Shipping Options:

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Some products offer expedited shipping options if you need your order faster; this will be visible at checkout for an additional fee. We are happy to ship many of our products internationally, but please be aware of any additional fees or customs restrictions that may apply.

Shipping Costs:

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. You will see the total shipping cost in your shopping cart before you purchase.

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple shipments, impacting your total shipping costs. 

Order Processing and Cancellation:

At Meditate Moments, we do not offer same-day shipping because many of our products are not ready to ship the same day. Printing and embroidery are done on demand to reduce waste, so your order will have a fulfillment and production period before shipping. There is a 24-hour processing window; you can cancel or edit your order during that time. Once your order enters production, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. Tracking Information:

As soon as your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your order at any time.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping destination and other factors. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

The estimate we provide is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Your order might be late because:

  • The product didn’t pass quality checks before shipment

The list of countries we don’t ship to may change in the future, but for now, we don’t ship to following locations:

Our products ship with multiple carriers, including USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx.
